No sense of customer centric at Elangeni Hotel restaurant

On Friday the 1st September myself and my friend visited Elangeni Hotel restaurant on th he 2nd floor in Durban . It was cold and we placed our orders and our waiter placed us outside next to the heater that was placed next to one vacant table. As we were patiently waiting for our order one very rude short waiter guy without even asking started switching of the heater and when I asked he was very rude and said they are closing so the manager ordered him to remove the heater. He then started shouting at us and continue switching of the heater and we asked him to call the manager on duty and he refused. That's when we decided to leave the restaurant. At the reception I then met with Nozipho who said she was the manager and. I explained to her what happened to my shock she said she was not aware and never asked anyone to remove the heater. The service we received was pathetic to say we always think Elangenni is one of the most secured and warm place where you pay for a good service and this was not the case this time. I doubt if I will ever go there again and be treated like a puppet never.
