Friendly Staff

I would like to give a big shout out to Kaylene! She is the chef at the hotel and gave me and my family the BEST service. She did not have to clear our table nor take orders as she is not a waitress, but she took one for the team by closing a gap that she saw that could potentially put the Hotel's reputation at risk. Amazing and friendly! The rest of the team could sure learn a thing or 2 from her. I think people forget that their behaviour and attitude is something that can make a customer go or stay...

Another friendly face... Kenneth who was friendly with everyone and made sure to make conversation while you waited for your food.
