I was attacked in the elevator while carrying a baby for telling other guests that the hotel is full. We've been calling for assistance since we got to the room for an hour and no answers on front desk, emergency nothing at all, what if someone was dying?? Southern Sun Elangeni is the type of business that will start the next wave of the Corona virus as it simply doesn't have any proper measures in place to control its staff and guests. Pathetic service and we will be reporting this incident on social media, the press and so on and we will open up a case at the police station and request the footage.
