Disappointment at Elangeni

I was very disappointed with the service before checking in i called the hotel and requested a baby cot arrived to check in asked the lady at the front deck for the cot she assured me that it is in the room unfortunately when i reached the room at 11.15pm baby sleeping and no cot i called and after an hr they brought a cot couldnt find bedding for the cot after another 30mins bedding arrived. Drains in the bathroom were blocked called to tell them nothing was done. Breakfast had to asked few waiters for our cappuccino before it could arrive. Fruit was on its way out tasted off. Checking out called for bell boy after 20mins no one came had to take bags down ourselves
