APPALING SERVICE BY ELANGENI HOTEL DURBAN

What a bad experience I am currently having with Elangeni Hotel in Durban, appalling service. I cancelled a reservation three weeks ago but I am struggling to get my refund, every time I call I am sent from this person to that one. The service is bad bad bad, disgusting to say the least. They do not respond to emails, they do not respond to phones.
