A disappointing stay at the southern sun Elangeni hotel ...Durban

Firstly We got here and everything was going wrong... the AC in the bedrooms were not working and the rooms were very hot... we called in for maintenance but they were only sent out at 1:30 in the morning waking us up from our deep sleep.... the staff were very unactive and were not willing to help us.... the next morning after not sleeping the whole night due to the extreme heat in the room... at the breakfast the staff tells us that we are not allowed to enter with our kids in sleepwear... he therefore chased us out and told us to change Into day clothing.... this hotel is rated a 4star but in accordance to what I’ve experienced it’s a 1star.... the staff are ****** and they don’t care... they take ur money but give you bad service and it’s just so bad that for a well known hotel... in Durban... the service is PATHETIC and disappointing... this is the last time I’m staying here at the southern sun Elangeni hotel... this has just ruined my holiday and I haven’t had peace or comfort or warmth since I’ve got here... we spend over R30000 to come stay here yet we still don’t get treated correctly... which is totally unacceptable......
