Worst spa experience ever!!!

This was the worst spa experience I've ever had. Do NOT visit this spa!! The service was pathetic, the facilities were not clean, the staff were unfriendly and unprofessional, and the spa treatment was not worth the money. When we complained about the service to the lady at the front desk, there was no concern. I asked to speak to a manager. We were promised a call back from the manager, but we were never contacted by anyone. They took down our details, but we could just tell that they were going to ignore us as soon as we walked out the door. The utter disregard for customer service is appalling. I would NOT recommend this spa to anyone!!!
