Terrible and understaffed

Terrible third experience Loadshedding thus aircons were not working Went for a 2 hour massage and my Feet was left soaking in water for over 30 minutes! I got dressed and left while my boyfriend stayed. During the massage the lady said her shift is over someone else will come finish you off. And there was a black bug crawling on my partners bed on top of their white towels
