Booked for my partner and myself at the El elibyon spa at the urban hotel umhlanga.The Spa is filthy.no ventilation and no social distancing..a huge risk amidst covid .The****** was rude and no communication.Room was untidy and looked dirty.We had to ask for the room to be Santised.Eye patches and recycled between customers.Shew.that was just too disgusting.Toilet was not clean.Waste of money.Would never recommend this place to anyone.
