El Elyon Spa Durban North

What an absolutely disaster! I do not recommend this spa to anyone, ever! I booked at El Elyon Durban North Virginia for a little spa session for my kids and a head massage for me. I was asked to be there promptly at 3pm. I arrived early, just in case. By 4pm we had not been helped. Staff wondering around not knowing what to do. No masks. Walking in their socks with holes in. Unfriendly and unwilling to assist. The lady at the front desk was extremely rude. Just in case your wondering, the cost was R1300 so not cheap...yet so terrible!
