Dont book that Spa

El Elyon Day Spa in Umhlanga is the worst ever.

Worst experience I’ve had at a spa.

We got there and the receptionist didn't even bother to smile and offer any refreshments. The ladies working came while we were sitting waiting, and they didn't even greet as they passed.

The rooms where dirty, towels, gowns and everything else. The staff didn't look neat at all. The treatment was the worst ever.

Nothing to even dry your nail polish.

That whole crew need to re-evaluate how they treat people and their business. it was not worth the money I paid for shem. Worse while we were dressing up, they hanged those dirty gowns back again to be used.

Professionalism? None existent.

They didn’t know what products they were using or putting on our faces when we asked. There was a bit of sass coming from the ladies because we were asking questions about our treatment.

I felt traumatized. They promise ladies that are “professionally trained” and they definitely weren’t. Worst experience I have ever had. I felt embarrassed that I brought my friend along.

They still charged me the full amount. That was the worst experience of my life and they didn’t bother to do anything about it.
