Do not go, this is not a spa

Terrible! The massages weren't so bad but as for everything else this is by no means a spa. My mom and I did the R799 spa package deal this is how it went: Receptionist just could not be bothered to work, don't know why she bothered to wake up. Waited 20minbefore start, no gowns 3 beds squashed in a dark room Head massage was like bird stuck scratching your head with fangs Bottles thrown between legs whilst having massage Over 30 min of face mask where we were supposed to have foot massage, did not happen just sat over 30 min with face mask. No toilet paper in loo, no water offered, no coffee or anything to drink, no paper or towel to dry hands.
