Disappointing

I booked for the Complete Tranquility package yesterday at the Virginia branch, my appointment was at 10am when I arrived the room was not ready the ladies only started cleaning the room when I arrived, 20 mins later get into the room there were dirty towels thrown into the cupboard meant to hang clothes. No covid protocol calls were followed as the ladies come right by your ear to talk; the place was noisy and not very relaxing to get a massage. What is being advised is not what you get, which is totally disappointing, to say the least. They delays, which means your treatment gets cut short, so this is not a 2-hour treatment; it is less than that. Total waste of money and time.
