Disappointed and bad customer service El elyon day spa

I booked a long needed massage for my husband and I, we were extremely disappointed! They have a special running for R799 for 2hour treatments. It included a Swedish or deep tissue massage, foot scrub with sugar and lavender, a steam facial with a mask, a pressure point foot massage - 15mins, lip and eye treatment mask, foot soak, nail file and paint. We chose the deep tissue massage which we didn't get we got a normal massage, our foot soak was outside under the awning, they gave us a sea sand scrub not the lavender and sugar, we waited for 15mins then went to the room for our treatment. While waiting to go to our treatment the staff were very unfriendly and dressed untidy. During our treatment I advised the lady what massage we wanted and the special we booked for. We didn't receive the lip and eye treatment. The lady was ready to paint my toes and we didn't get the pressure point foot massage she stopped and started to massage that lasted 2mins.

Our experience for that price was very disappointing and a *******! We will not recommend this spa, it's very untidy and there's no air-conditioning.

The spa tried to resolve the issue by offering me another treatment, I informed the lady that I do not want another treatment which is not equivalent to what I paid for and I do not trust their professionalism, I requested a refund instead. I am disappointed in her response and customer service. She told me unfortunately they can't refund me for a treatment done, but she offered me another treatment which would cost them time and money to do but she couldn't refund my money.
