Awful experience!

This was the worst experience I have had at any spa, and I would not support nor recommend this establishment to anyone. The room was poorly ventilated, small and pokey, floors were sticky and dirty. A 2 hour treatment took 2 hours longer than expected. No refreshments were offered, not even water. We were interrupted about 5 times by other staff members. Furthermore, the equipment needed to complete my treatments were either not available, incorrect or generally in poor condition. The product caddy had empty bottles, so she had to go find replacements, the file was a hard rough file which hurt my fingers. She had no finer file to use. There wasn't even a surface to rest my hands on during my manicure. I requested a table, she said there was none. The final finish on my nails were less than adequate. I am appalled that any client is expected to leave your spa in this way. Very poor management and a poor spa experience overall.

Every attempt has been made to contact El Elyon Spa in a private capacity via telephone and email to address this matter, with no response.
