Service too slow

I have app**** for a flat on the 2nd May 2017 even now I don't know whether my application was approved or not. Tried calling the offices several times but I do not get a straight answer. I went there past week to their offices and still did not get any help. Certain people that have app**** with me in may already got flats. Service is very bad.
