Poor maintenance service

Tenant at Airport Park Phase2, not happy with the maintainance services is not good at all, I have moved into a one bedroom unit flat 214 mid April 2019 there was an issues with toilet tabs , leaking , matter was reported and contractors was sent after many days after fixing it myself because they were delaying, they had to fix what was not completed. The water is now leaking again underneath the toilet tiles . This matter has been reported and no one has been sent to look at the matter ,my toilet has full of water. 2nd problem I have received my monthly statement with over R20,000 amount which I don't even know where it comes from because my account is up to date , I would like this problem to be resolved as soon as possible before it happens to other tenants .Thank you
