No water for 4 days

I am a Tenant at Airport park phase 2 since 2016, I am writing this complaint because it's been 4 days with no water the whole complex, when we asked the office we were told that other tenants don't pay rent, my rent is up-to-date what must I do because they have closed water for everyone even us who are paying monthly. I am very upset and disappointed because they were supposed to cut units thats are not paying not everyone. I need this matter to be sorted as soon as possible we are sick and tired the treatment is very sacks.
