*********** Stuff and Poor Service

This department must stop hiring *********** and lazy stuff..ever since my father moved to the New Delvilee flats they don't debit rent money and he was told it will be debited..we have been complaining sending emails to their accounts people's who just ignore e-mail and they said it will be fixed we should complete debit order form again but still is not happening we end up paying interest on monthly basis due to people who are lazy to do their Job..When you call they forever not around even the receptionist is so rude,.Dimakatso and Madimetja are the finance people who should assist but they ignore ourissue..please get someone who knows what they are doing ..zEdenvale office is just useless
