Ekamu does not process refunds as promised

I ordered slippers from Ekamu. After I received them in the mail I found that they were very hard for me and also the incorrect size. I was not satisfied with the quality and therefore requested a return and sent the constructive criticism to them. I paid for courier services and sent the slippers back, unworn and in original packaging as instructed by the company. I have been waiting 2 months for payment and Ekamu just keeps making up a new date that they will refund me on, but they never actually do. I really wanted to support local and purchase from the brand in future, but after such poor and ********* service I am really put off.
