Poor customer service
I have had bad experience with Ekamu when ordering a pair of boot style slippers. I discussed my shoe size and that I was between a 6 and 7 shoe size. I was concerned that I could not try on any sample and that there was no retail shop in Cape Town and that the fit would be a problem. I was reassured that if there was any issue I could return the item. I now have a pair of boot style slippers that are far too big for me. They are also very heavy and I cannot walk comfortably in them. I have tried to call the number from their website with no answer, I have sent a text message and photos explaining my concerns and my message has been read and totally ignored. I requested to be put in contact with the owner of the business but have not had any response back. This is not the customer service I expected to receive.
