Horrible service

Don't even know where to begin with these guys. I signed up for router and month-to-month data plan with Eish Connect last year sometime. All was well until a couple of weeks ago when my internet connection started giving me problems. I reached out to a guy only named Derrick and I haven't gotten any proper service or a solution. I haven't had internet since and when I call him he drops the phone and doesn't reply to emails. Not sure what's going on and I already paid for connection for the month.
