We all mess up but please be - at the very least - kind and courteous.
Eflorist, you dropped the ball and, over and above this, you were rude.
It's disappointing when flowers don't arrive and, after follow-ups it appears there was no attempt to contact the recipient to notify her of a delay / issue / that eFlorist wouldn't be delivering flowers, let alone reimbursing me. I specifically requested eFlorist contact my best friend who's 50th birthday it was and supp**** them with several contact numbers.. As I've said, mistakes happen, I'm really sad as I'd planned this for a couple of months and I'm not even asking for a refund. I'm upset that I reached out to eFlorist several times, asking for feedback / an update and was brushed off. Not rudely, indifferently. At the end, I asked if they'd followed up to identify where their mistake happened and was told they were no longer willing to engage with me further'. I live in South Africa. A pound is 20 rand here. It's a massive thing to be able to afford to send a friend flowers on her birthday. It occurred on: 8/12/2020 *** Yours faithfully, Tracey Ashington
