POOR SERVICE

i placed an order for delivery(Birthday hamper and bouquet of Red roses) on the 2nd March so it can be delivered on the 3rd of March 2021, the recepient only received a birthday hamper not Bunch of Roses in Craft paper, ORDER NO: ***, the recepient is based in Dawn park, Boksburg, im really ****ed off with your poor service n***xx never ever again will i use your **** service
