WRONG GPA CALCULATION !, BEWARE ALWAYS GET A SECOND OPINION

This is an administrative issue with the lady uncharge of calculating student GPA results. After all the hard work, sleepless nights studying and achieving a good result, a cum laude and graduated in 2020. Fast forward last year 2022, I need my transcript and GPA calculated transcript to attend a masters, went to the school to ask for the result, I was told it will be sent to me, which was sent 2 days after only to look at the GPA Calculation and the person in-charge, the Registrar calculated nonsense from using a ridiculous grading table at the end calculating a 2.9 GPA , I sat down and I looked again. saying it is a 4.0 scale. I emailed her back in Dec 16 , 2022 that her calculation was wrong and she should please clarify , only to ignore me. When is a cum laude a 2.9 GPA ? Imagine when I checked and calculated the same result on WES (World Education Services), it is a 3.75 GPA result and she gave 2.9, such open act of **************. How can someone be so cruel to undermine someone else's hard work . When I studied at EDUVOS ( Formerly Pearson ), learning was tremendous and staffs are good and helpful no **************. But this woman can't help herself but calculate my GPA result with so much cruelity and **************, really hurt and frustrate me. I am disappointed that a person in the office of the Registrar of EDUVOS will think I am stupid to be given a wrong and badly calculated result with a stupid excuse of it been on a 4.0 GPA scale. Only God knows how many Black Students this Registrar has calculated a bad, discriminating and ********** GPA for calling it a 4.0 scale !, I still ask myself why ? and to what end will an academic staff be so negligent and discriminatory.
