WORST INSTITUTION

Eduvos, it is the worst institution when it comes to administration and communication. They entertain you when you are still a prospective student, once you are on board, they hardly entertain your emails or communication. I will list my grievances as follows: 1) I have asked for a Course module for my son so that he can be credited for modules passed at his new institution. Prompt response does not exist at Eduvos. 2) In January 2023 final results were still outstanding and we had to understand that the lecturer is still on leave. 3) My son did practical work for 6 weeks in July of 2022 and the company sent their report to Magdelyn Erasmus on the 15th of July 2022. To my surprise, we got a call from Nonhlanhla, *** on the 24th of January 2023 asking my son to resubmit the WIL Program logbook. I can go on listing how *********** Eduvos is. Ever since my son started in 2020, up until his final year - honestly it has been a headache trying to communicate or get any information from Eduvos staff. Whenever you call, they promise to get back to you by COB, and they pretend to take all your details and guess what?- They never ever call you back! I always thought UNISA was bad, but at least one always gets an automated response acknowledging receipt of email. Eduvos is a private institution, but their lack of communication, responding timeously to queries takes the cake. There is no better way of saying this - you suck at administration as a tertiary institution, for the fees that we pay as parents - it is appalling to say the least.
