Worst decision of my life.

They playing with people's lives calling it tickets that they can close and open when want, The Institution has introduced a program called Lockdown Browser which forever has problems and when it was introduced they said whatever problem you have, we will and take pictures if necessary but the program does not want photos, not only is it contradicting but we are expected to bring evidence when we have issues and guess what they will tell you that there is nothing that they can do, telling me about how I should repeat because of their program. If you didn't want people to write at home, u should have done exactly that instead they tell you that you can so they can sabotage you and get more money. Whatever you do, don't let anyone you know enroll at this institution.
