Unreasonable administration
Not open to negotiate on tuition fees while facts are given. It's like they are in it for the kill without any care of the very people that have brought them this far, the parents. The advancement of the girl child in education is foreign to them as they seek to profit at all cost with no dispute to pay but no room to understand reasonable delays for what will eventually be paid. They treat negotiations as an escape from prison of a dangerous **** not to be trusted
