Unprofessional, Unreliable, and Unacceptable

Absolutely would not recommend this institution, not even to my worst enemy. I'm currently in my third year of an online Graphic Design degree, and the experience has been nothing short of a nightmare from day one. Despite paying on time every month, my courses are rarely updated on schedule. Support is practically nonexistent, you have to beg for basic assistance, and even then, you’re often ignored or put aside. Communication is completely lacking across the board, and accountability doesn’t seem to exist here.

Lecturers are dropping like flies, and the ones who genuinely care and try to help are overloaded with work until they eventually leave. Meanwhile, the lecturers who stay are often the ones who just read off PowerPoints or play YouTube videos during class, some don’t even seem to know what course they’re teaching, let alone be able to answer a question. I thought things would improve by third year; they’ve only gotten worse. I understand that everyone is just trying their best with what they have, I really do. But trying your best shouldn't mean students are left in the dark or constantly begging for basic support, especially since day one.

If you're considering this institution, think again. You're better off investing your time, money, and energy elsewhere.
