Unprofessional staff

I have tried contacting Eduvos (Bedfordview campus) for the past few days, and the line just keeps ringing and no one answers.

I have been trying get assistance regarding my academic transcript, but no help whatsoever.

It seems as though the staff who deals with answering calls and directing calls does not seem to care and does not take their job seriously.

In order to get assistance, I had to call the main campus (who by the way, is professional and helpful) to contact the Bedfordview campus to assist me.
