Unfair practices taking places at our expense

I am deeply saddened and disappointed by the service from the Institution. My brother was supposed to complete his final year last year at Midrand campus, unfortunately he failed Maths. Ok the first time he failed we blamed him, but when the second results came back it was exactly the same as the previous mark. He app**** for a special exam earlier this year and wrote it, to our surprise he was given the exact same make, which made him fail and not be eligible to graduate this year. Question is where the scripts even marked, why are lectures for Maths always changed and does the Dean know about the *******ion thats taking place? He received his results and requested for a remark on the same day he received them, and he was told that his request is declined as he had 3 days to request that, like what Mickey mouse game is being played at that campus,or do they only care about making money at our parents expenses. Unfortunately this matter will be taken up to the Department of Higher Education, enough is enough
