19 Jan 2024, 15:40My issues got escalated on 7 Nov 2023 no one ever reached out to me again. Since then we had issues in 2023 Q4 exams with the proctoring software - affected 2 of my exams. And now in 2024 Q1 they rolled out a self service portal for enrollment that is broken and many students can not enroll for 2024. I have been dealing with staff that has sent me my third incorrect quote in a space of a week. It's like no one review these academic planners and quotes, nor do they care about you as a student. If you are planning to enroll at this institution I'd suggest you seriously reconsider your decision.
