Stay away from this institute

CTI, Pearson, Eduvos call it whatever you want but do yourself a favour and go study elsewhere. Admin/Support is non-exist and considering the study fee that you are paying each year, it is quite a joke. I am currently in my second year (Software Engineering) and it was a struggle from the first year for any general admin queries. My latest problem is that I haven't received my timetable for the new block, which already started on 10 August 2021. Contacted my student advisor which redirected my e-mail to the Academic Admin Manager but after four days, still no updates. Funny thing is, as a student, I always need to follow up on them otherwise you won't get any resolution to your problem at hand. It is a pity that UNISA wouldn't give credits for my first year because I would have switched in a blink of an eye. This is also not campus bound but Eduvos as a whole. I see that on our general MS Team group everyone is still waiting and struggling to be added to their classes, it is a complete joke. I feel sorry for the parents spending a lot of money and getting this 'excellent' service in return. So do yourself a favour and look for another institute to study at.
