*********** staff and lack of Communication

Iam very disappointed in this School. My daughter was doing her 3rd year last year and she's been having problems with her results ever since. She qualified for a Special exam and still no Communication from the School. We are left stranded on what steps we should take at this point, we don't know if she is graduating or if she has another year which has already been waisted by your *********** staff. I have called but I'm put on hold or I'm told the advisors are not available.
