Slow Admin Processes & Delayed Refund

1. Cancellation of enrolment took a long time - honestly thought it would take a day or two. Nope! It took almost three weeks. Okay, shap. We move on.

2. Application for refund took a while as well (As I had paid for the year in advance). Uploaded stuff on eftsure, and was asked to start over the process at some point. The lady said she tried to reach me but my phone was off. So we both blamed the phone for the delayed process. Everything was approved. She even called me at work to inform me.

3. Now getting refunded is taking a long time as well. EFT transfers usually take a maximum of 48hrs if they aren't instant, but they said it takes about two weeks, which I just agreed to because you know, banks are not the same. Now we are moving on to the third week, and I still haven't heard any communication from the school.

This is bad because I wanted to re-enroll at my old school before November the 24th; the man helping me is starting to think I was only fishing for his attention when I asked him to help me. Is there any way anything (esp. something as important as this) could be speeded up?
