Shocking service from Eduvos (Previously Pearson Institute)
Eduvos University took over from a pathetic Pearson Institute this year 2021 . They have dismally failed all notions of Customer Service and or Customer Care and just simply don't answer their phones ( try any listed Eduvos number or contact centre . They dont respond to any email requests and their listed advisors or student support personal is simply unavailable . I have tried every day for 2 weeks now and you are kept on hold and then dropped off the line. I regret the day I ever signed up for my children's education with Pearson ( now EDUVOS) .. I predict their total demise and closure within the next 2-3 years !!! Shocking does not describe their behaviour and communication to the outside world
