Rules against student once of health issue

Question on real event: a student enrolls for a exam on a Friday, she gets sick and obtains a sick note for a medical practitioner. She is down in bed and submit application for deferral when its possible. keep in mind its just in front of a weekend. Eduvos secretary rejects the deferral based on the application was late, the sick note has no practitioner stamp, the exam was available for a week, NONE taking into consideration the health of a very good student. Eduvos logo states Experience Eduvos Change Africa, interesting if the student health as a single occurrence are not taking into consideration for deferral but based on strict firm rules. No compassion at all just brushed off the student. Its actually sad to treat young dedicated student such a way, they entering real life with a negative perception, hence CHANGE AFRICA... realy?
