Refusing to provide original copy of degree certificate.

My name is Flora Ngwakwana Moloto. I completed a BSc course in 2001 and by visa immigration is in process, pending a original copy of my degree certificate. This is the ticket reference CAS-19303-B0H2X8, in support of this e-mail. Today was my interview, which was held and suspended, till I acquire my original or copy of original certificate from Midrand Graduate Institute in the next 5 days. I have made contact with Eduvos 3 days ago and provided all information required of me, but some minutes ago I received an e-mail that no copies will be printed. I also understood that Christelle Hugo is the only individual in the organisation who can assist me with this matter. It seems from the e-mail communication that Christelle is not willing, nor prepared to assist me with this matter. This for me is problematic as I have no resolution to comply with a legal immigration required for me and my family. I’m at risk of losing my visa endor*****t and my work permit simultaneously if I do not receive a legal original copy of the certificate. Herewith, I have included all e-mail correspondence with Eduvos staff as motivation and evidence to please assist me with this critically urgent request. I’m available for a meeting via a digital call or I can drive from Limpopo to contribute to this to get this resolved.
