Pathetic,unprofessional,selfish and useless institution
The most pathetic,unprofessional and selfish institution I ever dealt with. Parents save yourself and your kids from heartache and not send your kids to this school.

Thank you for taking the time to contact us. The campus has indicated that they have met with you and explained that, in this case, the student was required to complete the assignment as part of a group and deliver a presentation. Unfortunately, this was not done. The student was then granted a supplementary exam opportunity, but did not attempt it. We have explained that if the student passes all three outstanding modules in Block 4, they will still qualify for a special exam for the module in question.
We understand that this outcome was not what you had hoped for, and we regret the frustration this has caused. Our goal is always to empower students to succeed, while also upholding the academic requirements that ensure the value and credibility of the qualifications we offer.

The truth is that this child had a group assignment,and members did not cooperate. He went to the student advisor to ask how to navigate the situation and the advisor advised him to do the member's part as well and submit. He indeed SUBMITTED ON TIME,this was acknowledged. He was then given zero and punished for not including the members on his assignment. He then questioned that and was told its the rule. This is one of many issues experienced with this unproffessional low life yet expensive school. All you guys care about is milking money in any way. You push for supplementary exams so you can gain from those extra charges. You are cruel,inhuman and don't deserve to work with kids at that stage.
