As the parent of the above student (now professional), and the person who paid for the above experience, I too, can verify and attest to the disappointment we have felt. It's bad enough that a student with 5 distinctions at the end of matric couldn't get into one of our state universities. But on top of that, after being forced to attend a private university at no insignificant cost, we cannot believe the inefficient, ineffective, poor standard of skill delivery being offered at formerly Pearson, now, Eduvos. We eventually gave up complaining.
Fortunately, he is an independent learner who researched topics on his own, and as he said- self-taught his degree. I shudder to imagine what happens to students who need more guidance. Thank goodness it is over.

After my last comment, a seemingly compassionate and concerned-sounding gent (Darren? Daryl?) called, from the Eduvos team. After much questioning and conversation, he undertook to speak to the "CEO who would definitely want to get in touch" and see how they address our below par experience (where over a 3-year period, no one followed up on any of our concerns or issues, let alone, sorted them out).
So, I was told that they would call again within 24-48 hours, to reach a resolution.
That was two weeks ago.
Crickets.
