Nightmare institution to be avoided like a plague

If I could give zero stars I would do so. Please do not make the mistake of giving this greedy business your money or time.

> Admin side is horrific. You will have to chase people around and often nag for days or weeks to get the most basic assistance from them, they will ignore you and are extremely unhelpful when you finally get a reply. Their student website for submitting work is clearly not designed for supporting the amount of students they have and will consistenly not work at peak times such as when an exam paper opens or at the deadline time. If their awful website prevents you from submitting on time it is your problem. On multiple occasions they have LOST SUBMISSIONS from students, how that happens when everything is digitally submitted I have no idea. We fought for three years with finance dept to receive invoices for our payments, and in those three years never received one. When I signed into their student app to view my account from there, I could see a different student's name & financial details and not my own.

> 90% of their lecturers are lazy, do zero prep work to make their classes interesting or at least informative, they read off of badly made slides that are given to them as if they are robots and often lack the knowledge to give even a basic explanation of the concepts they are meant to be teaching. I experienced third year lecturers that were unable to explain concepts I myself have grasped since IT class in highschool. I had to teach myself throughout this course and only met 2-3 decent lecturers who showed any interest in providing quality education, the rest are blatantly rude, unhelpful and unqualified.

> Curriculum is generic with little if any effort put into the modules they teach per course. The BSc CompSci course is almost identical to the BSc IT course I took and I felt that I got more value and practical use out of my 2 month CompTIA cert than I did from a 3 year Bachelor's with Eduvos.

> Assessments are full of mistakes because they clearly do not work through the paper themselves to proof-check them before release, often resulting in students wasting large portions of the assessment time trying to solve impossible questions that are missing information or just terribly set up. Almost all of the questions they use (including in final exams) are lazily copy+pasted from online question banks sometimes with one or two minor details changed, but usually copied verbatim. Their assessments are honestly a complete joke and sometimes it feels as if a grade is assigned to your paper at random. There is rarely if ever any feedback on your work and often the student cannot even see which questions marks were lost on.

Working with this institution has felt like a 3 year uphill battle that I'm grateful and relieved to be finished with. Your feedback on issues is totally disregarded and there is no follow-through when you report something to them, in fact you are lucky to get a response at all. I feel as if I have thrown a lot of money away to a greedy business that only pretends to be a learning institution or to care about their students. They absolutely do not hold up their end of the deal despite being completely happy to take your money, and in my opinion this place is just begging to have a class action suit levelled against them in the near future.

Please take this warning to heart, you will thoroughly regret trusting this place with your education and your money.

Reviewer Update
Please note I will not be answering your call as I am frankly not interested in your concerns at this point. My classmates and I consistently gave feedback throughout our studies and nothing was ever taken seriously or acted upon with any significant result. It is now too little too late, and I find you guys only ever show any care for your students when feedback is given in the public eye. I didn't make this review to give you an opportunity to apologize or try redeem yourselves, I did so to steer prospective students away from this appalling experience that myself and many other students before me have had to go through. I have completed my course and am all too happy to dust my hands of this matter now. If Eduvos decides they want to act on this criticism to improve themselves it is no longer of my concern nor does it warrant my involvement, I have said what I need to say. Good day.
