Money sharks

During my studies, I have always paid up all my fees 5 months beforehand, but due to *********** staff, they send a statement showing the full amount, then at the end of the year they say that they made a error and now I must cough up over R2000 otherwise they will withhold my results. This is the type of university to give students hope but sadly it's getting run down by *********** staff and lecturers
