It was just terrible...

It was just terrible, communication was horrible, planning was horrible, the whole experience was just horrible They are more than happy to take your money, in fact they will call you before your debit order goes off to remind you to pay, and once they collect the money they will be silent until they want money the next month, if you have any problems or complaints they don’t really care, the only way to get attention is to not pay, then all of a sudden they care Sometimes lectures wouldn’t pitch for classes, or inform you 5 minutes before a class starts that they won’t make it, there were constant timetable clashes, in fact I didn’t have a timetable for a few months, I kept asking and complaining and i was just told to use a generic one and modify it to suit my classes There’s a lot of potential, but if it keeps running like it ran in 2024, the varsity is doomed
