Inhumane impractical evil treatment by institution (Eduvos)
Double booking exam times for a student on 10 July 2025 expecting her to write 2 exams at the same time which has never happened and it's humanly impossible them advises the student to re-register the one she failed to write. Speak of an institution coming people fundraising in inhumane ways with no empathy. Setting a black child up for failure by a black human who has no care for the advancement of others. They are bad, bad bad

Following our review, we would like to clarify that when two assessments are scheduled at overlapping times, known as a clash assessment, we make special arrangements so that students can complete both papers in a secure, supervised venue. This is done to ensure that no student is disadvantaged by the timetable.
In this case, she was placed in the clash venue, completed her first paper, and was advised that the second paper would follow that same afternoon. We regret that she left before writing the second paper. She later enquired about a repeat contract but asked for it to be placed on hold.
We understand she now wishes to write the supplementary exam on Tuesday, 15 July, and we are happy to assist her with this arrangement. We want to ensure she has every opportunity to complete her assessments successfully. Once again, we truly apologise for the frustration you have experienced and appreciate the chance to resolve this matter as quickly as possible.
