As not to waste your time any further, please do not waste your time or your money with this institution.

I was a first-year student of this institution and am not sure how to describe the levels of how bad this place is.

Honestly, they will really surprise you with how horrible they are in terms of education, service, and being an overall institution. They never take any feedback at all regarding their lack of service or any problems you are having as a student. I have completed 9 modules so far and have not had even one be correctly given. They either mess up your mark and claim that it is right only for you to keep complaining, and after 3 months of complaining, do they fix it, but they also demand payment every time they fix the mark, as if you made the mistake. They also sometimes lose your papers and just make up a mark for you based on your previous marks. They recently fixed one of my module marks after 4 months, and then stated that they will replace it with the wrong mark and make sure to correct it if I pay them to correct the mark.

The majority of the lecturers that you have will never pitch up for class, and if they do, they don't know the topic at all, and aren't certified or even remotely knowledgeable in the field that they are teaching you. They have no idea what they are teaching and just read the slides or the textbook back to you and leave. If you ask them a question about the topic, they either do not answer you or say that they don't know and carry on reading the slides. This is for every single module that I have had. The math lecturer that I had specifically could not do math at all. He could not do any level of math, let alone the math that was needed for my course. He could not answer any question, as he said that he did not know what to do, or he just told us to read the textbook on how to answer the question.

The admin department is horrible; no one helps you. If you make one of their "Cases", which is their way of submitting problems online, they simply mark your case solved without doing anything to help you, or if the case is a serious enough complaint, they delete the case and act as if it did not exist.

The systems that they use are also never working. If you write a test and the system glitches, it locks you out of the test, and then whatever you did complete becomes your mark, and if you complain about the problem, they ask you to pay them to write another test, in which the same problem happens. I was situated on the Midrand campus, and even the wifi did not work at all.

They only look for public fame and show good things everywhere that do not exist. They promise you everything but deliver on nothing at all. Whatever responses you see from them online to the negative reviews are only for the public to act as if they care and actually do anything, while they do nothing and just find ways to ***** you even more.

Please look elsewhere; they are practically ******* when it comes to ****ming you out of an education and charging you for anything that they can.
