I have never been so drained and humiliated. My previous student advisor (may her soul rest in peace) , took over my case without issues and no delays. Phillippus Oosthuizen on the other had has made my life a living hell for just two weeks of him taking over my case. I am disappointed in the institution as well, how is it possible that the person who is handling my case does not have access to my previous emails with the previous people who were dealing with me? How do you just take over without all the necessary information and documentation? Its sad that people who would do a great job are not even recognised when applying. I hope I will not have to chase my refund since I decided not to continue with them.
