Failure to honour promised communication
My daughter has been calling the school the whole asking for proof of registration. Either they hang up..keep us on hold or promise to deliver what we asked for. None of the ladies has done that ,my daughter has been wanting for an email since morning..the basary us waiting for the proof ..so she can go back to school..this is total not professional..my daughter in tears missing classes..we provided everything they inquired..confirmed the email address..
