Failure to assist students with mylms during exams is a big problem at Eduvos

I'm a parent to one of the students at EDUVOS Mdrand Campus.Ever since the name changed from Pearson institution of Higher Education to EDUVOS everything changed our kids dont get assistance, today they were supposed to write exams and failed to log in on mylms when consulting with the class rep and Lecturer they were advised to apply for deferred exam by their lecturer .im not talking about one or two students but it's a group of them who were unable to write because of the mylms system.This is not for the first time happening but what does the school do nothing instead they want money .Secondly what guarantee do we have as parents that our kids will be able to log in during their scheduled deffered exams .If the system fails again are we suppose to pay again ,Is Eduvos all about education or making money if so I'll not advise any parent to take their children there through my experience as a parent.
