Extremely disappointed

I’m extremely disappointed with the quality of this institution. I’m a student in block 3 and I’m not receiving answers to my problems. It’s impossible to reach SAA’s and lecturers and i’ve been waiting 3 days for my ticket to be resolved. For the amount of money this institution is charging I expect a lot more, especially as i’ve paid for the year up front. Lecturers are clueless as to what’s going on. I would look into other institutions before coming here. I just want to finish this year and move on.
