Excellent service from Potchefstroom Campus

To the Potchefstroom campus, thank you for your help and all your efforts. I was struggling a bit with responses from SAA's at the Online campus and just decided I will rather refer to another campus. They at least come back to you with feedback and are quite on track with what is happening. I did not feel the same with the dedicated SAA that I was assigned to get into contact with at the Online campus, as at times she did not even respond to my emails or teams chats. However, the opposite can be said about the Potchefstroom campus, they went through a lot of trouble to help with what I needed.
